Scribd Qualified Publisher Program

The Scribd Qualified Publisher Program (QPP) is a free and exciting new service for the creators, developers, publishers, and distributors of professional, high-volume publications and documents. By leveraging Scribd's unique web browser-based document display and distribution technologies, you can actively reach and cultivate a new, global demographic for your content. Tap into our vibrant user community and get 23 million monthly visitors reading, discussing and focusing on your content!

Qualified Publishers are provided with augmented branding and messaging tools, as well as additional analytics that provide you with both granular data about your readers, their actions in response to your content and valuable insight into trends and viral growth. Our technology allows publishers to reduce storage, bandwidth, and other IT costs associated with hosting and managing large quantities of documents and publications.

As a QPP, you can also utilize the Scribd's Text Matching System (TMS), a proprietary technology that automatically finds and deletes copyrighted content within our system. Once you upload your content, the TMS will index it and then compare it to not only existing documents in our library, but also all new user uploads. If a match is found, those documents or uploads will be removed. To sign up, simply sign up for the Qualified Publisher Program, and then visit this page to sign up for the Text Matching Beta. (Note that you do not need to upload any public content to Scribd to use the TMS.)

Scribd's Qualified Publisher Program is free, but participants must apply and meet specific criteria for eligibility. We are committed to working closely with our Qualified Publishers in the future to continually enhance features and capabilities.
