and what does man get in return? some insecure, fragile, vacuous creature who is in constant need of assurance and direction?

i dont quite understand where the attraction is for man (other than the obvious physical attraction)? man has to possess so many brilliant qualities in return only for sex ? sex is hardly worth that kind of devotion!

i hope these ideas are outmoded and modern woman is still not bound to man to vouch for her identity and function in life.

In my eyes, both men AND women need be confident. Both need to invest in themselves spiritually and realise their ambitions and potentials. There is more to life than simply the coupling of man and woman!

Maybe as a modern man i expect more of my woman than merely to exist.
